Late Policy

In the state of Massachusetts, contact lens prescriptions must be renewed yearly. Prescriptions cannot be extended. Please plan accordingly.

Defined as the "determination of refractive error" by insurance carriers. This may or may not be covered by your insurance policy. Our office charges $80 for this service. If you are not aware if your insurance covers this procedure, please call your insurance. Professional fees are due at the date of service.

Your appointment will need to be rescheduled if you are late by 15 minutes or more.
